Cyber2Media is an innovative company that buys high-profile domain names and monetizes them by developing lead-generating web sites in the financial and travel sectors. I was in charge of the design team there, directly supervising an in-house designer and prioritizing tasks for the front-end development team. My role was also hands-on and I created and updated visual interfaces for over 20 sites, with a focus on optimizing user experience, site navigation, and usability.
During my tenure, Cyber2Media sites have increased conversions by 28% on average. I introduced them to multivariate testing, which eliminated the need to start from scratch on older sites, and decreased development time and expense. I also introduced the company to responsive sites, and most of their sites are now responsive. At the time, 17% of their traffic was mobile; now it's nearing 40% and generating a higher conversion rate.
